- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Pawsitive Strides Review only. Terrible experience! I had been referred to this business by my veterinarian. I have an elderly, disabled dog that has severe difficulty walking. At my initial visit, I was charged for an evaluation, no work was done, and was told I would be contacted for a followup appointment. Months went by and no followup. When I contacted this business I was told I would again have to pay for a second evaluation. I reasonably explained that I should not be double billed and pay for two evaluations when no work had been done. After this request, my scheduled appointment was suddenly canceled and they refused to care for my dog. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the party most hurt by this negative experience was my handicapped dog!April 17, 2017by Buddy Borch
