  I highly recommend bringing your furbaby here. We just had our first visit. A couple nights ago my dog was so sick - I called early in morning and left a voicemail. They called back within 15 mins of opening, booked us in the afternoon.. they called back about an hour or two later asking us to bring our dog in earlier just in case. (So caring and concerned ) they also got his blood test results back to us the very next day. Our dog is fine and happy. Just giving us a scare and sleepless night. This is a Bend family style of pet hospital. Our new vet spot. We will be back. Thank you Dr. Shaw and Team.

  My 5 kitties (between 6 and 12 years old) would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shaw and staff! We've been with Westside for more than 2 1/2 years since we moved from Texas and have had anything from yearly checkups/vaccinations to dental cleanings and thyroid cancer treatments at the clinic. The staff is friendly, the facility super clean and relaxing. Us kitties appreciate the separate kitty and dog areas. Dr. Shaw has very good "kitty manners" and is extremely knowledgeable and patient. We really appreciate that our appointments are always on schedule with very little waiting time and we always feel our 5 babies are in capable hands. Laurie at the front desk is so nice and kind! Five stars all the way!!!Thank you guys (and ladies)!!! Marita S.
